Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Your Right to Return

Under UK and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Please include your order number with your return

How to Return

  1. Contact us to request a return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and our returns address
  3. Securely package your items and send them to the address provided
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

The refund will include the cost of the products and original standard shipping (if applicable). Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
