Prof&Doc® was set up in 2023 by Watercress Research Ltd. Watercress Research is a phytochemicals based company which was spun out from the University of Exeter in 2019.

Significant amounts of research into the watercress plant (Nasturtium officinale) has been done and Watercress Research Ltd has made multiple research discoveries which have now been translated into the Prof & Doc ® product range!
